This policy explains what Cardverse processes when you use the Telegram Mini App.
Information we process
We receive the Telegram account information included in signed Mini App data, such as your Telegram user ID, display name and username when available. We also store gameplay activity, balances, cards, quiz results, referrals, reward claims, risk flags and technical security records.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the game, authenticate accounts, maintain leaderboards and reward records, calculate potential airdrop eligibility, prevent abuse, investigate support requests and improve reliability.
Sharing and sales
We do not sell personal information. Infrastructure providers may process limited information on our behalf to host, secure and back up the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to protect users and the service.
Retention and security
Gameplay and reward records may be retained for the season and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, audit allocations and prevent fraud. We use server-side validation and access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may stop using the Mini App at any time. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support through the official Telegram bot that opened Cardverse. Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or completed reward audits.
Children
Cardverse is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. Users who cannot legally accept these terms must not use the service.
Changes
We may update this policy as the game, hosting or token plans evolve. Material changes will be announced in the Mini App or through the official Telegram channel.
